We’re delighted to share that Colleen Cressman, Librarian for Open Publishing, has been selected to serve on the Advisory Board of the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
DOAJ is an internationally recognized online directory with rigorous criteria that indexes high-quality, peer-reviewed open access (OA) journals from around the world. Since its founding in 2003, DOAJ has played an integral role in improving the visibility and accessibility of OA scholarship, helping researchers and the public find trusted, openly available scientific information.
Colleen’s appointment is a reflection of her expertise and commitment to advancing rigor, equity, and openness in scholarly publishing. As a member of the DOAJ Advisory Board, she will help guide DOAJ’s mission to promote best practices in OA publishing and support greater global access to knowledge.
Join us in congratulating Colleen on this incredible achievement! We’re so proud to see her dedication recognized at such an important organization and look forward to seeing where the Advisory Board leads DOAJ to further impact in the scholarly community.
